Services:

• Configure and maintain the systems that comprise the underlying cloud platform. Troubleshoot when problems arise and plan for future cloud capacity requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and solution development efforts for cloud-based systems
• Define and execute Cloud service strategy for enterprise applications and application components
• Perform product planning for cloud-based offerings including creating product concept and strategy documents, creating requirements specifications, identifying product positioning and enabling the sales processes (licensing, pricing, packaging, benefits, etc.)
• Re-architect existing physical systems to implement streamlined, well-performing, automated, and scalable architectures for a cloud-based environment
• Identify cloud technologies and platforms to help solve technical challenges or limitations within the existing infrastructure
• Perform the implementation, operational support, maintenance and optimization of network hardware, software and communication links of the cloud infrastructure.
• Lead technical solutions for new business pursuits (captures and proposals)
• Convert business requirements into system architecture and design
• Conduct technical studies and evaluations of business area requirements and recommends to IT management appropriate cloud technology options.
• Ensure technology solutions are designed, developed, and implemented to meet business needs
• Troubleshoot technical issues, especially recurring problems impacting production applications
• Design, implement, and facilitate automation deployments to increase efficiency across systems and data centers
• Build the virtual systems that support cloud implementation.
• Ensure technology solutions are designed, developed, and implemented to meet business needs

Capabilities :

• Exceeding 15 years of experience in documenting the design and building cloud solutions.
• Designing options for cloud application development, cloud application deployment, private versus public cloud options, virtualization, and containerization.
• Analyzing, reverse-engineering, and documenting the design of existing cloud solutions.
• Identify patterns and characteristics of applications so they can be classified for re-use or improvement.
• Discover application characteristics of cloud applications that will help define migration groups.
